Trips to Pingleshwar, Mandvi beaches and Godhra

Hiya everyone,

I have been missing in action since a very long time now, and I truly wanted to come back in action asap. Life had been pretty crazy for me since past few months with loads of changes coming in everyday. However, I've been enjoying each and every moment quite well, with all the little surprises (and sometimes shocks!) that have been coming all the time. I spent my last month at Bhuj, Gujarat where my parents are currently living and I absolutely fell in love with the place. With all traveling, house work and baby care, it was quite difficult for me to regularly post at my blog. Nevertheless, better late than never. Now, as things seem to be settling a bit, I can try to post here as regularly as possible. Moreover, there are loads of reviews pending to be done and I hope to publish them asap.

My stay at Bhuj was quite pleasant, and the thing that I loved the most about the place was its cool weather. My trip to Pingleshwar beach was an awesome surprise of my stay there and I couldn't resist going there every 3-4 days. The untouched surface of the beach, gorgeous waves and cool winds just give so much peace to the mind. Just watching at the waves and being there makes you let go all your worries and concerns for that moment. We even went to the private beach of Mandvi, but it has been closed now. The public beach was pretty crowded yet fun with loads of camel rides, coconut water and corn stalls etc.

Trip to Godhra temple was again quite pleasant and I loved the beautiful tableaus depicting various stages of life
